Nondestructive Quantitative Analysis of low Amounts of Powder and Liquid Samples Using XRF

In research and development often only very little sample material is available for testing. The analysis should be non-destructive to have the sample material available for further tests. For elemental analysis X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is one method of choice. Quite often this includes a qualitative analysis. During the webinar we will discuss the application including the quantification of the element concentrations.
