SPECTRO has received the 2026 Instrument Business Outlook (IBO) Bronze Design Award for the industrial design of the SPECTROPORT LIBS.
The portable LIBS-based OES metals analyzer was recognized by IBO for a design that combines compact dimensions and portability with the requirements of industrial use. Its design supports operation in different positions and transportation between measurement locations.
Developed by SPECTRO in collaboration with WILDDESIGN GmbH, the industrial design focuses on usability, component protection, intuitive handling, and a coherent visual identity.
